Fish in barrel 2

You may have heard the Whitehouse brag that terrorism was down in 2003. It turns out that was just another lie from the lying liars. They claim they accidentally forgot to include all of 2003 in their report.

This would make terrific fodder for another Kerry commercial.

First, the story here:

Liar!

Intro (JFK relaxed, confident)
-----------------------------------

Hi. I'm John Kerry and I approved this message.

Act 1, Scene 1 (J. Cofer Black - Ambassador and Coordinator for Counterterrorism)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is good news on the terrorism front.

According to a newly-released State Department report, there were 199
international terrorist attacks recorded during 2002. That represents
a significant drop from the previous year -- 44 percent fewer attacks.
In fact, it is the lowest level of terrorism in more than 30 years.
The last time the annual total fell below 200 attacks was back in
1969, shortly after the advent of modern terrorism.

That is a remarkable achievement.

Act 1, Scene 2 (Richard Armitage - Deputy Secretary of State)
-------------------------------------------------------------

"This year's terrorism report provides clear evidence that we are prevailing in the fight against terrorism"

Act 1, Scene 3 (Richard Boucher)
--------------------------------

"Our success was based on the facts as we had them at the time. The facts that we had were wrong."

Outro (JFK serious, confident)
-----------------------------------

I'm running for President to restore credibility to the Whitehouse. Please vote for me on November 2, 2004 and help me change America's direction.
