Nowhere man

When president Bush brags about not "paying attention to polls", that is equivalent to saying that he doesn't pay attention to Americans. How else can he know what we want?

His "my way or the highway" arrogance is really quite tiring considering how dysfunctional his administration has been, and nothing is more pathetic than misplaced conceit.

When you have ideas that produce out of control spending, balooning defecits, mangled medicare, an Iraqi quagmire, appointments like Brownie and Harriet Meirs, a culture of torture, and nuclear proliferation, then maybe listening to somebody else's ideas isn't such a bad idea.

Nowhere plans for nobody

Perhaps the president thinks he's fooling people standing in front of Stepford Citizens that patronize his ego with softball questions and platitudes.

He isn't.

We all have eyes to see.
