The newest wave of Bush-bashers appears to be Conservative Republicans of the Cato Institute:
Irresponsible, Inept, a Socialist
When democrats speak like that they are accused of being partisan America-haters, or sore losers unable to "get over" the election of 2004. It turns out they just reached the same conclusion as traditional Republicans, but sooner.
