How would you feel if it turned out that "evidence of prisoner abuse and possible war crimes at Guantánamo Bay reached the highest levels of the Bush administration as early as autumn 2002, but Donald Rumsfeld, the defense secretary, chose to do nothing about it?"
Seymour Hersh is not done reporting on the prisoner abuse of operation Enduring Freedom (or was that Infinite Justice?).
Bush team knew
It's one thing to torture someone because they have information which can prevent an attack, but it is quite another to do it for fun. Rumsfeld could be looking at a war crimes tribunal over this, and I can't say I'd wish him luck if these allegations are true.

Nice site.
Now Rumsfeld has stated that the tortures were nothing compared to the beheadings. 1) we are supposed to be the good guys here and 2) there is no proof that the people we tortured were actually terrorists.
These are indeed sad times...
